The service
Billie OS is a private service available only to invited account holders.
Access is provided at the operator's discretion and may be declined, suspended, or closed.
Billie OS is an evolving service. Features may change, become unavailable, or stop operating.
Your account
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your authenticated account.
If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, contact hello@billieos.ai.
AI-generated output
Billie OS uses AI systems to generate responses, suggestions, summaries, and drafts.
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. You should review information and drafts before relying on them when the consequences matter.
Professional advice
Billie OS does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
Billie can help research, organize, summarize, draft, and reason through information, but you remain responsible for decisions that require professional judgment.
Actions taken through Billie OS
Where Billie OS is capable of taking an external action on your behalf, that action follows the approval and authorization rules built into the service.
Billie OS does not send email from a connected Gmail account without the approval required by the email-send flow.
You are responsible for reviewing content or actions presented for your approval before approving them.
Once an approved action has been carried out, its real-world consequences may not be reversible through Billie OS.
Acceptable use
Do not use Billie OS to:
* violate applicable law; * harass or abuse another person; * gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; * probe, disrupt, damage, or interfere with Billie OS or its infrastructure.

To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Billie OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
